Nutritional Analysis
An optional extra to add on to any block booking package - Nutritional Analysis will be completed from a 2 week food diary. This will be looked at in depth with nutritional guidance given. Depending on your goal, a weight loss plan can then be discussed and created with you. This is not a diet and will include all food groups and will be in line with your dietary requirements. All nutritional/weight loss plans will be sustainable and realistic.
